Eligible persons: Persons with extraordinary ability in the Sciences, Arts, Education, Business, or Athletics. The initial period of stay can be sought for three years. Then the visa could be extended with one year increments until the the project will be complete. The petition will be submitted by an U.S employer only after the consultation with an official labor organisation.
