G-1 Visa

Eligible Applicants:

Principal resident representative of recognized foreign member government to international organization, and members of immediate family.
May be paid by the organization for which they receive their G-designation. No other work is permited.
G-4 spouses and dependents may apply to the Department of State for special work permission.

G-2

Other representatives of recognized foreign governments and family.

G-3

Representatives of non-recognized foreign governments, their staff and family.

G-4

Officers or employees of international organizations and Family.

G-5

Attendants, servants or employees of G-1 through G-4 and Family.
